      • How long does delivery take?

      All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Usually arrives next working day but can take 1-2 days) 

      • How long is processing time?

      Our products are made in an artisan bakery. All orders are handmade and freshly baked to order, please allow 1-3 days for prep time depending on demand and busy periods. If you need them for a specific date, we highly recommend to order now and send us an email with your order number, requesting a specific date to ensure they arrive on that day. 

      • Are your products Halal?

      Yes! Our Bakery is a proudly Certified Halal Premises, all of our bakes do not contain any alcohol or gelatine/animal products.

      • Are your products Vegetarian?

      Yes! All of our bakes are suitable for vegetarians.

      • Are your products Vegan?

      No, unfortunately our bakes contain Eggs and Butter. We are working on offering vegan options! 

      • Do you cater for allergies?

      FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: COOKIE CREATIONS UK is NOT an allergy-free bakery. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from any ingredients that may contain allergens, but all efforts are made to minimise this risk.

      • Storage Instructions:

      Your cookies should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature.

      • How long will my order stay fresh?

      All of our bakes are freshly baked on the day of dispatch, they stay fresh for up to 1 week, we recommend enjoying them within 1 week as they will start to dry out after this time. EXPIRY: 2 WEEKS. Pop in the oven for a few minutes or microwave for 30 seconds for extra gooeyness.

      Heating Instructions 

      Cookies arrive ready to eat. Enjoy your cookies as they are or for extra gooeyness, pop into a pre heated oven at 180*c for 5 minutes to get the freshly baked experience. You can also pop in the microwave for 30 seconds if you do not have an oven. 

      Freezing Instructions

      Pop your bakes in the freezer to have an unlimited supply of cookies at your demand! Freeze for up to 3 months! When you have a cookie craving, remove your favourite from the freezer and leave to defrost for 1-3 hours, or pop in the microwave for 30 second intervals to enjoy instantly soft, warm and gooey cookies!
